I started coaching with Brenda because I wanted help with my dating life and with growing my business from part time to full time, and because I was so drawn to her talks about being more feminine! I didn’t really understand what that meant for me, but the more I’d watch her stories on Instagram, the more I found myself wanting to have what she was talking about.
Brenda’s energy is infectious – it is so soft, nurturing and fun! I had this sense of, ‘she has what I want, so she can help me to get it.’
After three months of one-on-one coaching I feel more like myself than I ever have before. She has helped me to let go of masculine behaviors that didn’t make me feel good and has given me an understanding of what it’s like to feel feminine, and all the magic that comes along with it! I respond to stressful situations completely differently today than I did 3 months ago and feel like my eyes have really been opened to a totally different, better way of living. Brenda helped me to harness my personal power and is supporting me through my transition from Corporate America into full time Entrepreneur. It has only been 3 months of running my own business and I have already superseded my corporate America monthly income.
I have learned so much about feminity and relationships. Leaning back, being in flow, allowing love to come to me, instead of leaning forward and forcing a man to be who I want him to be. I now know that I can attract the kind of man I want when I fully embody my feminity.
She has shown me how amazing it is to celebrate myself and anchor into the good feelings, and has helped me to level up in all areas of my life. Working with her has been so transformative for me that I am continuing on for another three months. The decision came because although I felt so much more equipped to live out my life in the feminine, I wanted her help integrating what I have learned so that I can fully align with the woman I am meant to be.

This year my main focus was working on myself and blocking everyone out. I was craving self growth, I desired it so much I began seeking opportunities for growth,and I came across Her Society. I signed up without hesitation; however I was a bit nervous about the unknown. I knew this part of me was going to require me to get uncomfortable and get deep into myself.

Whenever someone comes to me for advice or is taking an uncontrollable situation personally, I tell them, “ you need to strengthen your core”. This is a never ending journey and I have fallen so in love with my growth that I never want to stop working on loving this new version of myself.

I signed up for coaching because I wanted to grow my business. Not only did I receive business support but also I got insight into how to be a better mama, in tune with my femininity. It guided me to tap into how to be a more nurturing mother; not so in my “go, go, go… do, do, do” masculine energy, which had been weighing on me heavily.

I really needed to lose weight, I tried intermittent fasting and a variety of diets but got no results. For months I felt discouraged! I came across Her Society coaching programs and decided to join.

What an awesome start to a journey I never thought possible. The combination of hitting the Big 40 having a baby and not watching my food intake made me not like what I was seeing in the mirror and also made me realize my lifestyle needed a change.
After trying many different methods and not being able to stick to any, I was unbelievably discouraged. I had recently completed a 6 week challenge that left me feeling discouraged, unmotivated and just plain defeated by that program.
I soon joined the All VIM FIRED UP (now CCC) program and it taught me to value my body and what I choose to put into it, but also that it’s never too late and you are far too important to not take care of yourself.
The meal plan makes sense (I mean all of it does) but for a mom that’s looking for an overall change in lifestyle, this plan she created just WORKS!!
The program works as long as you’re committed to you and making better choices not only for your benefit but your family as well. The recipes are also geared to family breakfast, lunch and dinners..my kids are 1 and 15 years old, and both have enjoyed these recipes.
The even better part is that your coach responds to your every question. No matter how insignificant you may think it is…ask it…and she will always answer and give you options.
Morning workouts can be a struggle but she made sure to keep me accountable. It’s easy to slip up when you have little ones, or work meetings and life in general, but she made sure to remind me to keep on track and that WE got this. I never once felt alone in any of it, if anything I felt encouraged and important!
I’m beyond grateful, excited and so happy with my results in 2 weeks that I’m not giving up on me.
There aren’t enough words to say how truly grateful I am to have taken part in this program. If you’re ready to make health a priority this is definitely the program for you. You WON’T regret it!
